LYRICAL HIP HOP
| A passionate and emotional dance style, Lyrical Hip Hop attempt to show the meaning of the music. The song's lyrics are the driving force and key inspiration for the movement. Choreography are based around feeling and emotion. Expressive, subtle and dynamic, express your emotions through hip hop movements. |
REGGAE HIP HOP
| Expose yourself to a blend of Hip Hop and raggae dance. Be prepared to immerse yourself in a unique style of groove and flava where you will learn fundamental Hip Hop & Raggae moves.

Belly Dance Foundation (12 Weeks Course)
A foundation belly dance course for the complete beginner.
You may have seen it or maybe even tried it, but you may not know how to do it right. Focusing on isolation techniques of the upper and the lower body as well as techniques to the various hip shimmies, you will learn to dance to the mystical rhythms of the pyramids and learn to do it right.
ShakiRaqs (Open Class)
For those who enjoy Arabic pop music or may not be ready for full choreography classes.
Criteria: Participants should have completed the Belly Dance Foundation course or have at least 3 months experience in belly dancing.)
Keeping it lively and short, put your belly dance techniques into combinations and groove to Arabic pop.
Power Belly Dance (8 Weeks Course)
For those who love drum solos or cannot settle for anything but a high-energy class. A different drum solo choreography will be taught for each 8 weeks course.
Criteria: Participants should have completed the Belly Dance Foundation course or have at least 3 months experience in belly dancing.
Power up your belly dance routine with the dynamics of the drum solos or simply master the intricate muscles control techniques for a complete body workout.
Belly Dance Queen (8 Weeks Course)
For those who want to experience true Oriental dance, cultivating a classical Egyptian style and enriching your belly dance with the Middle Eastern folklore. A different classical/folkloric choreography will be taught for each 8 weeks course. Props like the cane, veil, finger cymbals or Candelabra may be required.
Criteria: Participants should have completed the Belly Dance Foundation course or have at least 3 months experience in belly dancing.
Revive the traditions and relive the classics. Style yourself Oriental and be ready to be enthroned.
Belly Dance Babes
For mums and daughters (Ages 7 – 12) who wish to spend time together experiencing the joy of learning about the feminine self through the ancient art of belly dance.
Let’s go back to the origins of this mother-to-daughter dance, celebrate our femininity and enhance your relationship with your little princess.
FIT BALL CLASS
Tones muscles through stretches and crunches on the ball, and helps to build core abdominal strength. A low impact workout especially great for those who are new to exercise. Enhance posture alignment and learn to stretch muscles you never knew you had.
DANCE FITNESS
Mixing basic techniques from popular dance with aerobic dance, this breaks the repetitive and boring movements and styles of traditional aerobic dance. Provides an overall workout through progressive training and dynamic dance movements, it is excellent for cardiovascular conditioning and muscle tone. Classes are adapted to fit all fitness levels.
Attire: leotard/T-shirts and tights/track pants. Sneakers.
STRETCH & TONE
Designed to stretch & strengthen the body. Ideal for those starting or restarting their exercise programme.
STRENGTH & STRETCH
An overall workout combining hi/lo impact and use of bands/weights. Excellent for cardio vascular conditioning and muscle tone.
POWER IMPACT
A high intensity cardio workout that builds strength and stamina. Recommended for the regular and advance participant.

Yoga Classic Level 1 & 2
With a touch of traditional Hatha yoga, Physical is presented in a progressive and non invasive approach. Whether you are a complete beginner or a practitioner for many years, the layers of learning within oneself never ends.
In fact, every lesson is a fresh beginning of self-discovery and realization. To accentuate your strength, and work on your weakness. It is not a competitive session of contorting your body and breaking your back! You work to the best of your limitations while exercising gradual effort to reach your personal best. It is your pace, your space.
After all, yoga is a process of ‘letting go’, not inflation of the ego. At the physical level, it improves joint mobility, blood circulation and improvement in muscle quality. At the mental level, it improves your focus, body awareness, builds your confidence, learning to respect your body without unnecessary abuse.
Ideal for: the ‘Pacers’, who choose to adopt a progressive approach towards yoga
Yoga Classic Level 3
Freestyle is an evolution from the various forms of yoga, without losing its essence and flavor. It is presented from an almost intuitive level, with no fixture of rigid sets and forms. Therefore every class is always done differently, and feels different.
While moving and transiting in fluidity through the movements, it may strike a chord of latent creativity within you, and it becomes your personal connection and relationship with the spirit of true yoga. It is more than what it appears on the external, it is what’s happening within that really matters. It may appear flowery and gracious, but as you move through the movements of cardiovascular, strength and stamina challenge, your ‘fitness’ level may have to be redefined!
Ideal for: the ‘Doers’, and not the talkers of true yoga.
